Our Roots
Growing up in Liberia, Musu learned to cook from her mother and grandmother, mastering the flavors of West Africa through tradition, experience, and instinct. Whether it was cassava leaf simmering on the stove, the sizzle of fried plantains, or the vibrant aroma of palm butter stew, every meal was an expression of love.
